MAJicData experienced a Power Automote related service issue starting on February 18, 2022 at 21:02 EST. This issue temporarily affected customers while our third-party provider Microsoft addressed their issues.
We have refunded all clients that are using Power Automoate Services, as covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Our automatic systems determined the root cause to be directly related to the service being temporarily overloaded. The issue was automatically resolved within 1h, 25min of the start of the incident.
