    MAJicData offers in-home/in-office services from 9am EST to 8pm EST, Mon-Sat. Emergency remote tech support and chat support staff is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

  • Do I pay the tech directly?

    Service charges will only be applied to the method of payment in your account after you confirm the completion of your service.

    MAJicData does not accept any other forms of payment such as cash or check. Please do not provide direct payment to the technician servicing your appointment.

    MAJicData is committed to your complete satisfaction and offers a 30 day service guarantee on all services.

  • How do I access my account?

    When you book your first service, a MAJicData account is created for you using the email you provided securely to us.

    We will send you a welcome email that contains a verification link as well as a secure link to set your MAJicData account password.

    To access your account, click on the Portal Zone icon in the top right corner of MAJicData.net. This will take you to the portal page. Locate the portal icon labeled "MAJic Client Zone" and click on it to open the page. This will take you to the Sign In page. Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In. Or simply click the login button provided below.

  • How do I reset/change my password?

    To reset your password, click on the Portal Zone icon in the top right corner of MAJicData.net. This will take you to the portal page. Locate the portal icon labeled "MAJic Client Zone" and click on it to open the page. Once the page opens, click on the Forgot Password link. Or simply click the button provided below.

  • Do I need to be present during the appointment?

    Yes, to ensure that the technician is able to provide the best service for your needs, an adult over the age of 18 will need to be present during the appointment to sign off and complete the service.

  • How do I change my email, phone, or address?

    Log in to the MAJicData Client Zone. Once you are logged in, click on the Account icon in the top right corner of the page and select My Account from the drop down list. On the My Account page, click on Account Info. Edit the desired fields on your account, and click Update to save. Click below to login to your account.
