Covid-19 Special Alert Message

To our Valued Customers and Partners,

At MAJicData, the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers is always our priority, and we recognize the important role we play in providing our customers with onsite and offsite support as well as web and connectivity solutions during this critical time.

With the pandemic impacting the lives of people worldwide, our sympathies are with those who have lost loved ones, with those suffering from the effects of the virus and with communities adjusting to new realities.

To reduce risk to our employees and ensure their safety and well-being, we are providing frequently updated guidelines on travel, internal and external meeting planning, and self-care. To implement social distancing while maximizing work productivity, we are limiting personnel in our facilities, with remote-capable employees working from home. Wherever feasible, we have transitioned to virtual meetings, while limiting face-to-face internal and customer-facing meetings to those that are deemed essential.

We are committed to working closely with you, our customers, to ensure the continuity of your technological needs. We are here to listen to you, and we are committed to being nimble and innovative, as we leverage our project teams’ experience to do our best to ensure your company stays on track during these difficult times.

Please read our updated COVID-19 business policy for all clients below.


For all Subscribed Clients, these are the measures we have in place to ensure the safety of you and your staff

2 hours prior to your service, an email will be sent asking the following questions. These questions must be answered before we begin service and enter any building.


  • Have you tested positive for COVID-19?
  • If you tested positive for COVID-19, have you been cleared for work by a medical professional?
  • Are you currently experiencing a fever, body aches, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, or other flu-like symptoms?
  • Have you been in direct contact with anyone who is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19?
  • Have you traveled to any international location currently listed in a CDC travel advisory such as China, South Korea, Iran, and Europe?

Our engineer(s) will abide by the new MAJicData Covid-19 Health Safety Policy while onsite


  • A face covering will be required once onsite for our engineer(s).
  • Our engineer(s) will be restricted to a maximum of 2 hours per visit.
  • If more than one engineer is required for the job, a maximum of 2 engineers are allowed onsite. Jobs requiring more than 2 engineers will be rescheduled.
  • A maximum of 2 customers, with 6 feet distance, are allowed near the working area of our engineer(s).
  • Any equipment touched by our engineers will be properly disinfected using CDC guidelines.
